A BILL to amend article two, chapter eighteen-a of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, by adding thereto a new section, designated section fourteen, relating to the term of contract for a person hired as a coach in the county school system.

Be it enacted by the Legislature of West Virginia:
That article two, chapter eighteen-a of the code of West Virginia, one thousand nine hundred thirty-one, as amended, be amended by adding thereto a new section, designated section fourteen, to read as follows:
ARTICLE 2. SCHOOL PERSONNEL.

§18A-2-14. Coaching contracts.
 If a person has served in a public school as a coach for at least one year, a county board may contract with that person to serve in a public school as a coach for a term of not less than one nor more than three years.
